### **--- "Mehrere Dokumente gleichzeitig zusenden funktioniert häufig nicht"
Es ist sehr ärgerlich, wenn man sich die Zeit nimmt mehrere Dokumente ein zu scannen nur um dann am Ende festzustellen, dass ein Fehler auftritt und alles umsonst war. Das ist mir leider schon mehrere Male passiert. Ansonsten, wenn dann mal eingereicht ist und es funktioniert hat, geht es gut.

Das einreichen von Rechnungen funktioniert sehr schnell und effektiv. 
Jedoch finde ich die Auswahl des Vertrags etwas mühsam, wenn man eine Krankenversicherung mit Zahnarzt Zusatz hat: es ist sehr schwer zu erkennen, welche welche ist. Hier würde es helfen, wenn um „Zahnarzt „ o. ä. zu ergänzen.

die neueste version von myuniqa hat einen bug in kombination mit dem iphone und faceid. bei jedem erneuten aufruf der app erscheint der text:“ es ist ein fehler aufgetreten versuchen sie es später erneut“.
die app ist somit unbrauchbar und ich hoffe uniqa arbeitet an ihrem qualitätsmanagement bevor eine neuer realse mit soviel bugs verfügbar gemacht wird.

Ich bin äußerst zufrieden mit der MyUniqa App! Die Benutzeroberfläche ist einfach und übersichtlich gestaltet, was die Navigation sehr erleichtert. Besonders schätze ich die Effizienz bei der Leistungseinreichung für meine private Krankenversicherung. Ich finde meine Polizzen schnell und unkompliziert. 

Ein weiteres Highlight ist die Möglichkeit, über den Messenger der App direkt mit meinem Berater in Kontakt zu treten. Das ist nicht nur bequem, sondern spart auch viel Zeit. Zudem kann ich mir meinen Schadenfreibonus selbst auszahlen lassen, was mir eine zusätzliche Flexibilität bietet.

Als MyUniqa+ Kunde genieße ich exklusive Goodies, die keine andere Versicherung bietet. Diese zusätzlichen Vorteile machen die App noch attraktiver und zeigen, dass UNIQA wirklich auf die Bedürfnisse ihrer Kunden eingeht. 

Alles in allem eine hervorragende App, die ich jedem als UNIQA Kunde nur empfehlen kann!

Ich versuche jetzt schon seit Tagen mich Einzuloggen aber wenn ich die App öffne sehe ich nur das Uniqa Logo und komme nicht zur Anmeldeseite, App wurde schon mehrmals deinstalliert und neu installiert aber es funktioniert NICHT!!!

Man bereitet alles vor will alles erledigen und scheitert schon bei der Anmeldung! Und das ist öfter mal der Fall! Jetzt steht zb, leider gab es ein technisches Problem… 
manchmal stürzt die App einfach ab wenn man dok. Hochlädt 

Auch das hochladen mehrerer dok. könnte einfacher sein.

In der Übersicht verliert man leider schnell die Übersicht - vor allem wenn man vergessen hat die Bezeichnung zu ändern (nachträglich geht nichts mehr)

Fazit = oft sehr zeitaufwendig!
