Useless company

The app works fine unfortunately the service does not. Had items sent to my US address but they could not be delivered to the address provided. Made several attempts to contact them but they don’t reply. Don’t waste your time with this company. Absolute rip off!

Useless App

New version and once again we’re back to not loading. Shouldn’t be constantly regressing

A POOR EFFORT

Hopeless app. Will NEVER send your parcels after all the configuration you spend doing. I ALWAYS have to end up login in on my laptop and having to by-pass this stupid app. I’ve been with MyUS for over 9years, and their app has never ever once worked. UPDATE YOUR APP!!! or do yourselves a favour: DELETE IT!!

Revised: may need to uninstall old version and reinstall to fix locking-up issue.

New update posted 7hrs ago, but still locks up at the Loading screen and won’t open. Previously worked just fine until a month ago.

Unless the app gets fixed up I definitely don’t recommend it. It’s better to use the website.

Doesn’t work

Try to open and it freezes on front page You can’t do what you can through a browser There is no provision to lodge a shipping claim

Needs fixing.

It doesn’t show packages when the arrive and it also stays locked in fedex for shipping preferences. Something I just ordered that should have cost $21 to send just cost me $65 due to the app bug

Doesn’t work

You can’t login with your suite number and then it doesn’t show any packages you have.

App concerns

The iPhone app of my US is terrible and always seems to lock me out of my account and not get back on. Not to mention it’s slow and faulty.
