## MyUS Global Shipping App Reviews in United States

### *---- "Lack Customer Interest"
They are not interested in customer interest. They would look for the flimsiest excuse to confiscate your shipment and refuse to return the items to a designated address.
-- Osamojo, 2025-08-16

### *---- "Slower Than Dial Up"
The worst app I’ve ever used, not only is it slow but it also doesn’t work. 1/100 because at least it’s not as bad as MyUS Marketplace app
-- MJNorton, 2025-08-15

### *---- "The app keeps logging out"
The app is keeps logging out all the time for no reason. Every-time i leave the app it logs out and also has become annoying to log back in. Autofill doesn’t show up. And it keeps asking for kaptcha
-- Ahmedii1, 2025-08-09

### *---- "They are doomed"
I have no idea how they will continue to be in business. They are struggling big time. Packages are being delayed several days into more than a week so far and no one is able to give status info only excuses. I will not be using them anymore.
-- FAHAD TSNB, 2025-05-01

### *---- "0 star if it was an option!!"
Have to login to the app everytime I open the app!! Shipment logging takes forever, updating merchant invoice takes forever. Shipments take forever. Worst customer service ever!
-- AliFariq, 2025-04-13

### *---- "Terrible"
Disgggggggggggusting service bunch of thieves they stole my goods for themselves
-- SscorpionN, 2025-02-28

### **--- "Fine service, bad app"
Stars low because the app keeps logging me out. In our current environment of quick action and constant tracking, I’m starting to hate using the service because it’s slow and I keep having to log on. Sometimes multiple times a day.
-- Shoosh4, 2025-02-02

### *---- "Poor Feathers"
The website is way way way BETTER than this tiny poor Application, it’s not even close to the website in any shape, in addition to that every time I re-open the App, it requires me to log-in every single time no matter how much time you took since you closed the App!!! I would rather use the website to get my things done!!
-- River_98, 2025-01-29

### *---- "Worst company"
The worst shipping company in the galaxy, Never ever answer from customer service at all time, Also, they stole $99 from my Visa card, and they don't want to give me back the money.
-- Abdulla.55, 2025-01-26

### *---- "Loging verifying"
Can’t login to the app after the new update stuck on login page for verifying.
-- Kbader 92, 2025-01-25
