• Manage your automatic alerts and user settings via the application

The pay your bill part of the app doesn’t actually tell you when your bill is due. Just when you paid it last so it’s a guessing game. I wish it was like other bill apps that show you what is due when. It’s not very user friendly. It gets 2 start over 0 bc at least I can pay it online.

If I didn’t have to use this, I would not. Period. There are too many unexplained daily fees, more often than not exceeding my daily usage. Will be contacting my local (currently in court for fraud) electric company. However, the app developers are also to blame, as they are enabling the behavior by providing minimal information.

This app is called the my usage app and it is not hard to work with the app to get your account set up on the app that your electric company uses to make it easier for their customers to see their bill and to also see what the company is $ charging per kWh hours for a daily charge to use a x amount of kWh that day . As well as customers are able to report any outages on the app screen . Also it’s a app that the customer has the option to use any set number  of push notifications to help customer to be aware of all updates available in the. Account. My only complaint is that they are forcing the customers to make a $10 payment when they are using their bank information to add funds in to your account balance. My second complaint is that it’s easy to use for customers who are daily on a set cycle plan and also when the customer is getting daily account information at end of day you usually get a notification that reads like this Your account ha s….. and says based on our last successful read of the b——meter on 3-12-23,was  61,KWh was used . Also its not the best ideal ways for customers to get help from customer service agents to help shoppers and customers alike as well as customers being able to speak with the correct people in the customer services provided on thee app . I have asked and asked several times and several ways to be able to speak with someone as I have been told that they are unavailable.
