To App is so basic it’s laughable.  My first experience of EV with the new Astra.  Impressed with the car but the App just feels like a token effort. To try and charge for the App is just an insult.  I have no confidence that my requests will be activated.

I have been able to remotely turn on the heating and charging capabilities of my electric vehicle using the app. The maintenance tracking seems to be quite useful. My biggest issue is that it automatically opens when in range of the vehicle; I want to turn this feature off. I have been manually tracking mileage, battery charge etc at the start and end of each journey as I cannot seem to export the data from the app to analyse it myself.

I’m very disappointed with the my Vauxhall app. It’s always logging me out and it’s very slow at responding. It doesn’t collect my data properly and it doesn’t save all my journeys. I can’t even track my car when I need to. I’m very disappointed with this app as I have used the Kia app before and it’s much better. I wish I could leave a good review but unfortunately this app is as good as a ashtray on a motorbike 😡

This app is terrible. It has me constantly logging in with FaceTime. And then when checking things like my battery, I have to refresh the page more than 10 times to see the correct percentage. It is so slow!

Poor quality app is very slow to connect to vehicle. Sometimes doesn’t connect at all. Occasionally cancels charging saying that EV threshold has been reached (very annoying given it is often below 50% when this happens). 

Couple that with the fact that Vauxhall think it’s ok to charge £12 a month for basic app features like remotely turning on the climate control and this is honestly one of the worst digital products I’ve experienced. 

I very much like the mokka e but after the app experience will be avoiding Vauxhalls all together.
