Our pet had a number of significant treatments with VCA 2013 thru 2022, but this App only stores the most recent (2) years, per the App’s very prompt, courteous, and helpful Online Help technicians. From Leptospirosis to a mysterious parasite, and then our dogs liver took a downhill spiral! At only four years of age, we thought we were going to lose our pup, twice. We have had repeated trouble with this app. Twice this year I had to update my cc info (expiration date and new card bc hacked). Despite updating my cc payment info prior to the scheduled payment, the app did not update the info and I was charged a $25 fee for their mistake. To make it even more frustrating, when I call our VCA vet, they redirect me to the Care Club program.
