## myVeris Reviews in United States

### *---- "Update made it worse!"
I saw a comment saying spending a long time to find maintenance request, I still don’t know where…it used to be easy to find
-- Jagershi, 2026-08-20

### *---- "Regression"
No longer able to modify amenity reservations in the latest version.
-- matt-2026, 2026-08-19

### *---- "Mods Delete Messages"
We neighbors use this application to communicate. The mods delete messages related to issues with the building (high electric bills, non working elevators - going on two weeks, water issues, etc).

I wouldn’t be surprised if the organization somehow tried to get this review removed.
-- Dudererwr, 2026-02-15

### *---- "This APP is horrible"
Which there was a no star . This is not user friendly and all over the place . This APP makes me want to move out and never stay at a Veris property .
-- Summerdae, 2025-10-30

### *---- "“My package” has been showing a blank page"
Pls fix ASAP cuz I’m expecting packages
-- Shopper86421357, 2025-07-28

### *---- "UI is very confusing"
UI is very confusing. Spent long time figuring out how to submit maintenance request
-- Bob Smith10, 2025-07-10

### *---- "Not working"
app stopped working so I deleted jt and redownloaded and now it’s not letting me log in… saying not authorized
-- @waka_flocka_talocka, 2025-07-09

### *---- "Slow and unintuitive"
Very buggy
-- KwuangT, 2025-07-03

### *---- "Slowest app ever"
This app is so slow it’s effectively useless. Regardless of whether on WiFi or 5G it takes seconds to minutes to load.
-- SR_159, 2025-06-18

### *---- "App stopped working"
App stopped working completely and now it’s not taking my login details at all
