Ob Bus, Bahn, Nah-, Regional- oder Fernverkehr, Sharing-Angebote wie Stadtmobil, VRNnextbike und E-Tretroller oder Bedarfsverkehre wie VRNflexline, VRNruftaxi und fips: myVRN zeigt dir passende Verbindungen und sinnvolle Mobilitätskombinationen für Deinen Weg.
Mit Fahrtauskunft, Abfahrtsmonitor, Echtzeitdaten sowie aktuellen Störungs- und Verkehrsmeldungen bist Du jederzeit gut informiert.
Mit Check-in/Check-out im Luftlinientarif fährst Du mit der myVRN-App automatisch immer zum Bestpreis. Aber auch Tickets wie das Deutschland-Ticket im Abo, Einzel-, Mehrfahrten- und Tages-Tickets kannst Du direkt in der App kaufen.

### ****- "Weihnachtsfahrplan nicht hingekriegt"
Ich kenn meine Linien ja. An Weihnachten wechselte der Samstagsfahrplan auf den Sonntagsfahrplan. Da hätte ich mich gerne um 15 Uhr auf die App verlassen können, aber Nein, der versprochene Anschluss kam nicht, sondern fuhr zum Betriebshof, wie auch ein paar der Alternativen. Stattdessen in der Kälte warten.

### **--- "App seems picky with Revolut cards"
All was working fine few month, until suddenly Logpay (payment provider behind the app) stopped working with my previously entered revolut card. The card was of course valid, and had no issues. It just stopped working right in a bad moment on bus stop, and did not allow me to readd the card. Had to use PayPal with exactly same card (which worked fine of course as Paypal is very much tolerated here), but its still another intermediary.

Leider werden bei der Verbindungsanfrage nicht alle Optionen auf einem Blick angezeigt. Man hat nur die Auswahl  bei der Verbindungsart zwischen „entweder“ und „oder“. Also „ schnellste Verbindung“. „wenigste Umstiege“ oder „kürzeste Fußwege“. Das muss man VOR der Suchanfrage immer wieder neu einstellen. Wenn man also wegen einer Verspätung sehr schnell eine alternative Verbindung sucht, muss man erst wieder ganz zurück zu den Einstellungen und erneut eine Suchanfrage stellen. Nervig, wenn man auf den Weg zur Arbeit ist und sehr schnelle Verbindungsentscheidungen treffen muss. Und in den letzten Monaten sind die Öffis halt nicht gerade zuverlässig. Daher immer wieder erneute Suche.

Die ganze App wird leider überschattet von einem schlechten Zahlungsdienstleister. Logpay ist die einzige Bezahlmöglichkeit.

Für mich funktioniert die App einwandfrei. Design etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig aber funktioniert. 
Für mich das größte Manko ist das helle App Icon. Bitte endlich ein dunkles Icon anbieten.

Ich will eine Semester ticket für Student buchen, aber bei der Berechtigungsnachweis kann ich nicht die richtige Uni wählen, und wenn man für Höchschule-login Click, gibt es nur eine Wähle. Verstehe diese Probleme nicht,

Die Haltestellen werden in der Suchfunktion extrem schlecht dargestellt, manchmal tippt man den exakten Namen einer Haltestelle ein, dennoch sind die ersten Suchvorschläge mehrere hundert Kilometer entfernt. Ich suche nach der alten Feuerwache, die ersten 3 Ergebnisse waren Adressen weit außerhalb des RNV-Gebietes. Ich suche nach dem Bäckerweg, es werden mir alle möglichen Bäckerwege in ganz Deutschland angezeigt, nicht einmal die Haltestellen sondern die reinen Adressen. Falsche App wenn man sich nicht 10 Minuten Zeit nehmen möchte für die Routenplanung.

Seid dem neusten Update kann ich keine Ruftaxis mehr buchen! Vorher war nur das Problem bei der Web Seite deswegen hab ich die App runter geladen unter anderem auch weil  es angenehmer ist als in Mannheim anzurufen. Jetzt gibt es das Problem auch noch in der App also das Problem sollte wirklich schnell gelöst werden
