For more than a month, I have tried to access the website to monitor my water use. At this point, I believe they simply don’t want us to see the actual daily use when they tell you you have a water leak. It’s my problem. A $1200.00 water bill without proof of use is outrageous. they tell me I have a leak, but my meter reads 0.00 which indicates no water use at all. I don’t trust the cities readings. -- Pleasanton customer, 2025-01-17 ### **--- "Mid" Usage filter doesn't work. -- Player 7377, 2025-01-07 ### **--- "Just fix it already." When it works it works, but when it doesn’t, you’re screwed. It’s like they don’t really want you to use the app, or just don’t understand how to fix bugs, or even identify them. How do you report a bug? Nobody knows. It’s been days since I could even log in, and am just met with a cryptic error, even after deleting and reinstalling the app. Is it too much to ask for a working app that’s basically a way for me to pay them what I owe them? -- TheGooch76, 2024-12-17 ### ***** "No update" No update come from last 2 years -- Scott4239, 2023-11-30 ### *---- "Completely broken" The app has always been basic at best, but in the recent past it atleast used to work. It has just completely stopped working since the last one month or so…. I am not even able to make a payment online. Get your act together please. -- Denvarghese, 2021-07-14 [View all MyWater Pleasanton App reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## Apps Similar to MyWater Pleasanton App - [1st United CU](https://apptail.io/app/1st-united-cu-TQK/united-states) - [TriState Capital Bank Consumer](https://apptail.io/app/tristate-capital-bank-consumer-rdvb/united-states) - [Polam](https://apptail.io/app/polam-akwc/united-states) - [Fremont Bank](https://apptail.io/app/fremont-bank-jqzc/united-states) - [Wyoming Bank & Trust](https://apptail.io/app/wyoming-bank-trust-ZeJc/united-states) - [Fremont Bank CardGuard](https://apptail.io/app/fremont-bank-cardguard-tKbd/united-states) - [Fremont Bank Business Banking](https://apptail.io/app/fremont-bank-business-banking-uKbd/united-states) - [Diversified Mortgage Home App](https://apptail.io/app/diversified-mortgage-home-app-fgvi/united-states) - [NRG Clean Power](https://apptail.io/app/nrg-clean-power-wGxj/united-states) - [BAC Business Mobile Banking](https://apptail.io/app/bac-business-mobile-banking-ErCj/united-states) --- ## About AppTail [AppTail](https://apptail.io) is a mobile app intelligence platform providing app analytics, ASO (App Store Optimization) tools, keyword tracking, competitor analysis, revenue estimates, and review monitoring for iOS App Store apps.
