Unable to sign in
This error repeatedly not a problem with username email or password they sent me. Unable to update information using the app repeatedly referred to the app through the website and phone calls. Don’t waste your time.

Requires you to contact an admin to gain access to your profile. I am admin of my file, there is no way to gain access for the app through the wcb.ab website. So you’re stuck waiting on hold trying to submit information on your claim.

Got a response from the devs and they said they are working on a fix but suggested deleting and reinstalling the app, that worked for me!   So try that it may or may not help but it did for me!
