## MyWellApp by CoreHealth Reviews in United States

### *---- "Couldn’t log in"
It wouldn’t let me log in even though I double and triple checked the code.
-- Eldontee, 2024-09-16

### *---- "Crashes"
App immediately crashes. It’s completely broken.
-- stringgle, 2023-02-11

### *---- "Not well managed"
App will not open. If you go to the “app help” interface you’ll get a 404 page not found.
-- TBlaineH, 2023-02-10

### *---- "App Continues to Crash"
The app will attempt to open and in less than a second will crash. I have tried turning off my phone and restarting it and then trying the app again with no success.
-- R1l3yN, 2022-12-16

### *---- "APPLE WATCH USERS WONT SYNC DATA!!"
APPLE WATCH USERS WONT SYNC DATA!!

FIX THE ISSUE!! THIS HAS BEEN ON ONGOING, THEY DO NOT LOOK AT THE REVIEWS!!
-- torisecret~, 2022-09-26

### *---- "Deleting tracking after it’s counted?!"
This app needs a major update just fyi it’s super clunky. But it also has a major glitch and deletes my steps out of my tracking. Of course there is no way to add them back in. This is super super frustrating because it sets back my progress in challenges too. Please fix this ASAP.
-- @anneshirley, 2021-08-16

### *---- "App will not sync with Apple Watch"
I have tried for 15 months to get this app to sync with my Apple Watch on a regular basis and it simply does not work. The sync worked for a total of 4 days over the 15 month period and I have finally scrapped any hope of it working again. It’s a shame because my employer runs wellness events through the health designs vendor and they use this application to track and verify our participation in the events.
-- cnote19, 2021-05-20

### *---- "Incompatible with Apple Watch"
This app is supposed to be able to track activity with an Apple Watch via Google Fit. I cannot link this app to Fit, nor can I get a solution from support.
-- pepper0198, 2021-02-02

### *---- "Worse than previous website"
At least the old website would import properly from myfitnesspal. This app is so slow and buggy despite basically just being the mobile version of the site. Discontinuing myfitnesspal would be fine except it doesn’t read in HealthKit data properly at all. Please hire a better developer. I’m tired of manually putting in data that should be synced automatically.
-- DrSeussMD, 2021-01-06

### **--- "Can’t sync steps accurately"
I downloaded this app in hopes of pairing with my Apple Watch. It does not sync steps accurately. While MyHealth, Activity and Googlefit ALL track my steps and ALL say the same number (10,000 steps) the app will tell me a different number (say, 1,872) which leads me to manually input my steps, completely defeating the purpose of me downloading the app on the first place.
