## myWGU Mobile Reviews in United States

### ***** "Convenient"
It’s really nice to have the option to study literally in my pocket. I’m not always at home on my laptop so this has been good for making use of the 5-10 min empty pockets of time I find throughout the day. Would love a Text to speech option so I could listen during a workout or while I’m driving to work though
-- Ambasstj, 2026-09-25

### *---- "WHY IS IT HUGE?"
Everything worked great until you guys updated it. Now I have to move the iPad further away because you have made everything GIGANTIC! Can you please add a feature back we’re everything doesn’t look so huge and cheap? It reminds me of when iPad first came out and developers rushed to make the iPhone app compatible, you’ve just stretched it without proper aspect ratios. PLEASE FIX!
-- Maytao303, 2026-09-25

### *---- "eText cannot be read"
WGU blocks browser access on mobile devices, so I downloaded the app with the goal of reading my textbook at a time when I don’t have access to my laptop. However, the app doesn’t display eText content. That’s the only thing I’d want to use this app for.
-- TakenAlreadyAreNicknamesAll, 2026-08-09

### *---- "Horrible"
Never works
-- Nurse TAK, 2026-08-05

### *---- "Used to work.."
This app used to work fine but now every time I sign into it, it loads and then prompts me to sign in again. Can’t even use it. Yes, I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled and checked for updates and changed my WiFi settings, etc. On an iPhone 16 pro as well so it’s not that. Just a portly optimized app. Shame.
-- Local Guide CJ, 2026-08-03

### *---- "Not updating"
When I open the app I am prompted to hit the blue button to “UPDATE myWGU App”, when I tap the blue button, I am taken to the App Store and the WGU App does not say UPDATE it only says OPEN. I hit the OPEN button and it takes me back to the app where, again, I am prompted to update the app and it’s a cycle of not having the option to really update the app.
-- Take the Word, 2026-07-31

### *---- "No update"
App keeps telling me “it’s time to update” so I click on it and it brings me here…where there is no update
-- Cherryringpop, 2026-07-30

### *---- "App Degraded and Broken"
App isn’t featuring proper connection to baseline production environment from WGU and may be issued with trust certificate mismatch that allows or enables downloads from third party and malicious environments.
-- Tony7brooks, 2026-07-30

### ****- "Update message"
I keep getting a message to update the app when I open it, but when it takes me to the App Store it says I have the latest version?
-- Itzibitzimitzi, 2026-07-29

### *---- "App doesnt work"
Even after updating the app I cant log in.
-- GamerGangsta47, 2026-07-29
