Also you have to schedule a time for the ride so even if you took less you still have to pay the whole amount. Really useless and expensive car sharing -- miramoee, 2024-01-03 ### *---- "Bad service" In February 2023 i used the app and there were no clear instructions about where we have to park the cars because in Germany the car sharing apps are different. I parked the car the car somewhere else and i got a fine of 200€ + 80€ from the authorities for the wrong parking space in Netherlands. Some months later the company charged me for a wrong reservation that i didn’t make and again now they charged me 80€ for the same parking fine. Such an irresponsible company. Because of this it’s impossible to use the service if you’re not from the Netherlands. From a business perspective it’s a huge issue they should be working on already. Majority of the users are foreigners and they can not acces it this way!
