Update: I think it took about 2 months but I’m just thrilled that they fixed the app. I can’t speak on any of the other features but I mostly use the scanner so I’m thrilled it’s up and running. Thank you developers. As far as the app itself, it’s super convenient and user friendly. I love that it’s specific to the store & tells you what they carry that is qualified in addition to the scanner feature. The dollar amount for fruits/veggies is beyond helpful and appreciated. Back in the day before apps, I made a special trip to a WIC store to get everything at once because it’s difficult to keep track of and ALOT of store nowadays don’t have the WIC labels up on products. My overall favorite feature is the scanner so you can clearly see how happy I am that this is back in service. Thanks again!
Scanner to verify items at the store stopped working after a recent update. Even typing in eligible items comes back ineligible. Please fix.
App
Very easy to use. If it wasn’t for the app, I wouldn’t know what I could and couldn’t get. The scanning process is great.
My WIC
The App makes shopping so easy and no embarrassment at the checkout counter. Great idea. I love using it.
Fruit and veggies
I love this app its more helpful in many ways than the other but the only downfall is that this app doesn't have the fruit and vegetables calculator that I used to use with the old app and was so much easier to calculate and know how many benefits I have/ left for fruit and veggies. Hoping it will be available on this app soon
So much easier
The app is so much easier to use than waitron the phone to speak with a person. I love that it shows you how much you have left on your wic.
Not letting me log in
I have been trying to log in for a while, keeps telling me invalid input, I tried doing forgot my password to reset and just keeps telling me unexpected error when I type my email and hit submit.
Shopping guide
Works well for the most part & is convenient. Only frustrating issue is that I cannot use the shopping guide. Other than that great app.0
Horrible at being consistent
I open the app, works great, next day, won’t load, makes me sign in again, wait to try again later, doesn’t work. Repeat this process every week. So what will the app do today? Probably won’t work.
A little disappointed
The app is wonderful in not having to keep up with receipts to view all remaining benefits.
I just wish the shopping guide feature would work again!
Since the last few updates, you can no longer see what exact brands are WIC approved for the store your shopping in.
