Put your entire music collection at your fingertips with the n-Serve remote control app. For use with Naim’s hard disk player/servers, HDX and UnitiServe, and NaimNet music servers NS01, NS02 and NS03, n-Serve liberates your listening experience, allowing you to browse and listen in comfort.

The n-Serve app has been designed from the ground up by Naim’s team of software engineers to be convenient and easy to use whilst offering comprehensive control of Naim server products. Explore and fully appreciate your music with the following controls:

•Build and edit playlists
•Explore library by following extended metadata links (e.g. tapping on a performer for a given album shows all the music that performer was involved with)
•Edit metadata
•Browse internet radio stations and save presets
•Super fast browsing experience thanks to locally cached music library data

Additional Requirements:
A Naim HDX, UnitiServe, NS01, NS02 or NS03 running Version 1.5 software or above connected to your home network.

Why on earth is Internet Radio “not supported in this version”? My Naim HDX has Internet radio capability- whyever can the associated iOS app (also from Naim) not play nice with it?

Using this app from an iPhone - when I say using - all I can do is see what’s on my unitiserve and see if it’s connected to the network. I can’t ever seem to be able to play anything using the app - it shows the albums says “playing” nothing happens at the sound end of my system. Only when I use the Naim app does any actual control happen

Both on my iPads and iMac this little app. Really does the business. I never use playlists, so haven’t come across any of those specific issues reported by others. At the moment I have just over 3000 CDs ripped in WAV to my 2TB UnitiServe, and this app. has enabled me to edit all metadata with ease. I use the Naim App for playback, this one for everything else. What’s not to like!?

I love my Naim HDX unit
The app UI is OK other than inability to add playlists from phone/tablet.

The biggest frustration however is the fact that re-launching app from background state, always results in a crash.  This is really frustrating when one has a very large library - so following a crash, one has to re-browse to the correct (playing) artist/album/track - before one can stop the play. It's a real pain.

A reasonable app now spoiled as it won't allow me to use playlists any more. On choosing a playlist the only option given is edit, which doesn't work either. Please fix.
