I don’t know who thought this would be acceptable.

But if you get a US number and set up the N26 app with your new phone number you can no longer access the app... this might fly for a normal app. But this is a BANKING application!!!

I’ve tried to contact support and they basically told me I need to fly back to Europe and buy a European SIM card and swap it every time I want to use my bank...

Seriously!?

This is the most ludicrous thing I’ve ever heard of.

This needs to be fixed YESTERDAY!

I was in france, visiting my good friend, and the first we did was to go get some food, and when he should pay, he took a Black metal card up, and i was “amazed” the when i got to know all the features, i ordered the standard card right away, and got it really fast in Denmark. Really great app, nice card and you have control over everything by yourself, and nice costumer support.
