When you are approving an expense and want to look at the receipts you are given 2 choices: View Receipts and Mark as Unreimbursable. If you are not extremely careful and hit the second that expense is screwed. THERE IS NO WAY TO UNDO IT! You then have to tell the employee to pull and resubmit and start over from scratch.
