Welcome to the Northland. Manage your Northland accounts securely and conveniently from anywhere, using
the Northland Mobile App. Whether you want to check your account balance, view your account info, or make
and edit payments – you can do it all from your mobile device.

In today’s busy world you don’t always have time to visit a Northland branch. Business owners and members
shouldn’t have to be limited geographically to get their banking needs done.

That’s why we developed the Northland Mobile App to manage your everyday banking needs.

Features included are:

Dashboard - Manage all of your Northland accounts in one easy to view dashboard. View available funds, the
progress of savings goals, upcoming payments, how much you’ve deposited, and personal recommendations all
in one simple and easy to read screen.

Accounts - View and manage all of your cash accounts digitally. Review recent transactions, see current
balances, and search for specific payments or deposits.

Bill Pay - Schedule or manually make payments on your bills through our easy-to-use bill pay system.

Fund Transfers - Send funds to and from your connected accounts through our easy to use fund transfer
capability.

I have a difficult time getting the app to work at times. Today, for example, it won’t even load. Checked to see if there was an update—NOPE!! I NEED this app for business and I don’t live near the credit union branch. I wish I could change credit unions, but I am limited as is this app!!

I love the ease. I love that it’s all on my time. I love that it has a widget for my phone so I can see my account balance on my Home Screen. I love I can transfer between accounts without using that stupid automatic call system Cora I think they call it. I love everything except I wish that I could make a loan payment in addition to the auto payment that’s with drawn I’d love to be able to pay something off or make a partial payment to lessen the next payment of possible cause other wise I tend to forget what the money is for and spend it cause I’m a terribly forgetful person. But to me it’s the only flaw.

It took several months to start using the app. I have always enjoyed working with the customer service staff. They have been wonderful. Many things I needed to do with them can be done on the app in my time, not just business hours. That is what makes the app work for me.
