I love how convenient and affordable the insurance is.

Many hoops to jump through when trying to submit a claim, and if you leave the app (for instance to change settings for location and camera access), you have to start again…waste of time and frustrating.

It doesn’t want to accept my card payment and it’s the right details. I’m confused

I’ve tried most of the insurers apps in SA, and can comfortably say no other app is designed as well and easy to use. When I submitted a claim, it got approved in 56 seconds!

The good: User friendly app, good rates and discounts if you don’t drive your car often. The bad: The panel beater I was sent to wasn’t great. Insurance feels slightly less comprehensive. Ensuring all risk items is a pain. Getting issues resolved is a pain. 4 stars is being generous.

I was with them for almost 2 years. A window chip took 2 weeks to get repaired! Then they just cancelled my cover without informing me Properly. Don’t waste your time

If I honestly could give them less than 1 / 5 stars I would absolutely not worth it! Insured two phones with them and tried to insure items and kept getting rejected I emailed them and went out my way to contact them as to why it’s been rejected and they just ignore you! Cancelled everything with them! Lack of communication or effort to say the least!
