I’ve tried most of the insurers apps in SA, and can comfortably say no other app is designed as well and easy to use. When I submitted a claim, it got approved in 56 seconds!

The good: User friendly app, good rates and discounts if you don’t drive your car often. The bad: The panel beater I was sent to wasn’t great. Insurance feels slightly less comprehensive. Ensuring all risk items is a pain. Getting issues resolved is a pain. 4 stars is being generous.

I was with them for almost 2 years. A window chip took 2 weeks to get repaired! Then they just cancelled my cover without informing me Properly. Don’t waste your time

If I honestly could give them less than 1 / 5 stars I would absolutely not worth it! Insured two phones with them and tried to insure items and kept getting rejected I emailed them and went out my way to contact them as to why it’s been rejected and they just ignore you! Cancelled everything with them! Lack of communication or effort to say the least!

Hello. I discovered a weird bug when logging in. After tapping the login button, it loads indefinitely. I have to close and reopen the app in order to access the app.

That was the quickest way to get covered, I love the premium set up more

The payment option is confusing and the whole application process is not user friendly for first time car owners without assistance. It would be nice to have someone go though everything step by step as a first time car owner.

The app used to work perfectly and now when trying to open it and load a claim it hangs and I get the green screen of death
