The customer service team takes up to two working days just to acknowledge a request, and if you don’t follow up, the process can take even longer. You are also required to send emails to chase updates, which is an unnecessary waste of time. The previous portal was much better, with a faster and more efficient approval process.

Your app is a total disgrace. You email owners advising them to download the new app but then they cannot access it. It does recognise their email addresses or mobile phone numbers. As a master developer, you need to fix your issues. Hire the right people and put some effort in to your work. Such a disgrace!

It asks me to “please enter my registered mobile number/email ID” how can they have my registered email and phone number if I haven’t yet registered?  Old app worked fine with my same details.

In addition, I pay my service charges using the app, yet the app still sends incorrect notifications stating that payment has not been made. Overall, the system is unreliable and frustrating to use.
