FAULTY APP
It does not allow me to sign in even though I've created an account. I can log in through Safari on my phone but when I try through the app it says "Not Found 404". So it's completely useless.

Worst service I have ever had to use and deal with, those people have no idea what they are doing and are crooks, 3 items I had given to dry clean came back destroyed and unwearable including a $600 blazer, the owners refused to help or come up with a solution, do not use this company or app.
Poorly run business
I have placed a dispute with cardholder services, due to Naki charging for services which were not rendered. Gave Naki company a 2nd chance and again no pickup. Will be placing comments on Yelp and with the Better Business Bureau.
This app is a dream come true
It’s amazing it’s taken this long for someone to come up with an on-demand laundry delivery service… But finally, the guys over at Naki Laundry did it. This service is like the Uber for Laundry, and it has made my life so much easier! THANKS NAKI!!!
Time-saver and it Works!
Brilliant concept that fits perfectly in our day and age. I enjoy this service every time laundry-time comes around, and this mobile app works! You can track your laundry during the same day delivery process, and schedule pickup and delivery dates and addresses. This is the future of the laundry business, because I can't see anyone going back to the laundromats or continue spending hours waiting for their washer/dryer to get done after this!
