It doesn’t function properly and has several issues. The bus tracking feature is highly unreliable—it only shows timings after 15 minutes and doesn’t provide accurate real-time updates. I travel daily by bus number 345F, which is the only direct option for me. So I make sure to track it at least 20 minutes in advance. However, recently, the app keeps crashing the moment I try to track the bus. Because of this, I often miss the bus and end up taking three different buses to reach my destination, which is very inconvenient. I request the government and concerned authorities to improve the Namma BMTC app, make it more stable, accurate, and user-friendly.
