I wonder who rates this app good. I took the auto from my office location to my pg which was around 2.5 kms. The driver took me to a different location I kept telling him to not to take the auto from there he was too drunk,he dropped to a unknown location which was like too far from my location & then he asked me to walk & asked me to pay the whole amount, he started abusing & threatening badly on the middle of the road . And I literally complained about safety but the App support service is soo bad that did nothing such a stupid app with 0 safety.
