They send you the wrong goods and when you return it they don’t refund you. Stay away from this store. No doubt most goods are fake as well not original brands. Many stores around in Dubai they sell fakes.

Ever since they merged with noon the customer service has become so so bad. They dont care about the customers anymore and speaking with their team is so frustrating!

TH ONLY APP I USE TO LOVE !!!! and you people ruined it all with the recent update ? i mean what was the even use of joining it with Noon ? super confusing and all the scrolling buttons from top to button ? who does that ? I use to say this is the easiest app to everyone and forced to use it because i loved it so much and using it for past 4 years! but this update ruined it pleaseee change it !!! I never comment give reviews for anything but from past 3 days I am seriously struggling to understand this update.

The app has a lot of problems every time I scroll down it scrolls me back up. So it ruins my search. Lately since the new acquisition of the business the delivery options have been terrible. First there was no minimum order but in the past couple of years it has escalated to 30 KWD meaning 100USD. That’s a bit excessive for online retail considering that it targets the GCC and isn’t based in Europe or the USA. Maybe its a business strategy but your losing customer acquisition. If I was ordering every two weeks now I can only order every couple of months. Also there are really popular items from certain lines like cosrx that aren't available. And the worst aspect is the descriptions of the products are inaccurate. I ordered a massager and received an accessory. The customer service is also a disaster waiting to collapse on itself. You guys need to get it together asap.

The worst experience I have ever received 3 times my order was canceled - lost And my 3 order still not given a refund over month of chasing The worst customer service, they don’t help at all instead keep you in a chain of automated emails I will never ever shop here again

Breaches of privacy and data protection - they make it difficult to unsubscribe to emails. I finally managing to unsubscribe and deleting my account (receiving confirmation emails of the same). However I am still receiving marketing emails from Namshi. Still trying to resolve this. I am concerned as it seems that data is kept on their system even after requesting it’s removal. Before the above, they cancelled my order after a long delay. Although the reason quoted was “item not in perfect condition” their customer service then indicated the items were simply out of stock. Refund policy is not transparent.They try to force you into store credit and don’t give you a choice. This was unltimately resolved and managed to receive a refund. Customer service is slow, unhelpful and provide generic responses without truly addressing the concern.

I’ve had a really bad experience with this company & with I had never dealt with them AT ALL! Still trying to get my money back from them for items which I cancelled & never even received!!! Nightmare, dishonest & unprofessional company to deal with!

They offer free delivery to all GCC countries which is really an ideal option. Moreover, they have variety of top brands.

I have been ordering from Namshi for some years now and have seldom ever encountered a problem. The product availability factor is great; Im always able to find an item suitable to my needs across a range of categories. Delivery is swift and mostly accurate. Highly recommend using the Namshi service.
