So can’t create an accounts. Says invalid phone number but in fact it’s a good working number. No tech support to contact. Can’t create an account without it. I guess the app is getting deleted.

Tried to checkout repeatedly and payment constantly fails. Tried deleting payment info and re-entering but same error.

The order for pick up doesn't work, there's issues filling out payment info and then the reward scan doesn't work. You scan, it says it succeeded and you have zero points. And when you try to click my rewards it just keeps loading.

I have never successfully get to My Reward section in the app. Stayed in loading page and stuck there. Also, no matter how I tried to scan the QR code from their receipt, I cannot warn any points. So many bugs and not usable.

I downloaded the app for two reasons. Firstly so I can earn points as I’m a regular customer. Secondly I want to use the app to preorder so I dummy have to waste time waiting at the restaurant if I go and order on person. I have tried many times to pl order online through the app but I kept getting payment failed. I have tried deleting the credit card and RE entering the information. Same error. No one at the store knows how to solve this issue or go I can contact to fix the issue. It’s super ignoring as the wait time for my food at the restaurant is long especially if they are busy. If the developers can contact me or point me to the resolution I would my rating.

It keeps looping in the rewards page, pls fix that

App freezes when try to open the 'Rewards.' Defeats the purpose when can't scan paid receipts to add points... If you've given your phone number for their waitlist, they've already created an account for you apparently so you can't add referral code.

I’ve been using this app to scan for points whenever I go to Nan Xiang. Those points can actually be used to pay for food. Recommend

Tried to scan my receipts and it has never worked. It always says Order not found
