## Nan Xiang Express Reviews in United States

### *---- "Please fix the app"
There is serious bug in this app that needs to be fixed, otherwise it is almost like a scam. The rewards points is set up in a way that you need to hit 200 points exact to be able to redeem. How likely is that? If the points say accumulate to 201, then they upgrade your member level and deduct 200 points off. The most amazing thing, once you reach the highest member level, and your points stops at 199, and then payment is declined. What a wonderful design. I am a software engineer, if this is a bug, then the developer needs to be fired. If this is on purpose, the app needs to be taken off, as there’s serious fraud in it.
-- Hohohaha2014, 2025-08-16

### *---- "$10 off does not apply"
The app is trash. The $10 off reward does not apply no matter i do. There is no way to contact them
-- cannot use the app., 2025-06-23

### *---- "Doesn’t work"
I can never get this app to work! Tap “order” & nothing happens. Worse app ever.
-- Duke RN, 2025-04-01

### *---- "App Not Working"
I love the food but hate the app. Glitchy and won’t allow me to order.
-- BigTru1914, 2025-02-07

### *---- "Predatory app"
Charged my card and didn’t place the order. Do not use.
-- Emmer48, 2024-08-01

### ***** "Awesome!!"
I absolutely love this loyalty app! It makes collecting and redeeming points a breeze, and the exclusive rewards are a fantastic bonus. A must-have for anyone who wants to save while shopping!
-- 郭老大的派大星, 2024-04-17

### *---- "Cannot Order"
This app often does not work. Several times I have had order food elsewhere because I cannot get this app to work. Issues have been ongoing for months.
-- that guy 92, 2024-04-08

### ***** "Earn Points Awesome."
Two thumbs up for this app – it's been a breeze to use, and the fact that I'm earning points for free soup dumplings every time? Absolute win! Dive into this flavor-filled journey; you won't regret it!
-- Z777Lee, 2024-02-28

### ****- "My favorite breakfast"
I love this food. Xiao Long Bao is my most favorite food when I lived in Shanghai. Nan Xiang is the the place where Xiao Long Bao is originated. Every time to Nan Xiang, I feels like I am back to my hometown. Nan Xiang not only offers Xiao Long Bao but also other Shanghai foods such as pan fried pork buns, scallion pancake, and Shanghai fried rice cake, etc. If you are looking for Shanghai food, this is the right place. This App is easy for me to order and get my needs. The rewards program offer me a great benefit as a loyalty customer. Therefore, I higher recommend this place and app to anyone who are interested in soup dumplings, Nan Xiang Xiao Long Bao!
-- NickCoy, 2024-02-22

### ***** "nice app"
The Nanxiang loyalty app has completely won me over. I'm puzzled by the low ratings this app has; maybe it takes some time to get accustomed to its features. But with perks like these, I'm a happy regular, especially for their delicious soup dumplings!
