You should consider allowing refunds from the app. My order was delayed for two hours due to rain. I was told to collect the order ( if I could collect I would have selected that option). Along with that they tell you that your items are more expensive if you choose the delivery option when you phone the Nando’s line. That would mean that I have to collect the order that I paid more for to have delivered. Which in my opinion looks very bad. 
I cancelled the order and was told the refund can only be done through the finance department. I have yet to receive feedback after sending the refund request. 
If you can’t provide a service then refund the customer immediately. It’s 2025 - you can do better.

I love Nando’s, and I always will. However, you’re better off just ordering Nando’s from Uber Eats. 

I give this app a try every few months because it’s cheaper, but I regret it every time. 

Not only is it difficult to use, but it’s impossible to track orders. On top of that, the Nando’s delivery drivers don’t deliver with the same level of care and efficiency.
