There are so many vegetarian and vegan options, well done. Feel so much better ordering Nando’s to other takeout chains that have minimal to no nutritional value.

In a world of apps. Namdos have the worst app ever. This app is more off than on. Its like the ANC government. Only working once every 3 days. And when it’s on it decides for you to redirect your order to another closest nandos and in my case its a whole other town. When you phone them to sort it out then it’s a complete new mission to get a refund or just your food. DON’T USE THIS APP. Just phone the nandos directly and place your order like in the 90’s

Be aware that if no one shows up when placing a order at 18:00 you will still be billed and no one will respond to assist with a refund. Six emails, attempted calls and complaint on the app- Zero accountability

App works fine. Would be nice and useful to be able to get a digital receipt you can download on the app. Especially for vitality people. Saves on taking pictures and or scanning. Also like now when I don’t receive a receipt I have no way to get my vitality rewards

Horrible customer service. Stop sending non compliant drivers to us. The law is the law, is his bike has no register or not valid drivers licence he cannot be let in the estate. I placed a delivery and paid a fee so I cannot stop my work to drive and collect. This is not the first time! But the last time I am using the Nandos app.
