Ordered mutton full bones and no soft meat

Two times ordered fish, was not fresh and good in quality. Please consider this feedback and make the improvement.

Order cancelled last time

Mukut orders ae good. However, previous order cancelled at the time of delivery due to i availability of product… which annoyed me

I believe Nandu’s is one of the very few options there serving authentic, fresh cut non-veg. Absolutely easy to order and good options to choose and as well reasonably priced!

Pathetic Service

Pathetic customer service. They cancelled my order after 2 days citing no stock. I requested to replace the product, i was ok to pay extra if required but they refused to do that. Zero flexibility for a regular customer

Issue

Worst customer care, wait a minute they have switched off their phone and no delivery tracking details. Don’t order from this app. Choose different app.

The worst meat delivery app

The order was not delivered and there is no refund. The app does not function. Customer grievances are not addressed once the order is placed. There’s no tracking information on active orders. The customer centres are not operational. One cannot cancel the order after placing it. They are taking advantage of people during the pandemic.
