Firmware update never works
The app is asking to perform a firmware update, but every time I do it, it leaves the camera offline (waited few hours for it to come back). To solve it I have to unplug and plug the camera few times

There is a bug when creating an account so mew accounts can't be created. Therefore the product is useless. Bad QA on their end

We really like the Nanit App, as it tells me what is going on with my baby. It also gives me nice tipps on babys development. I loved the possibility of the 2 month picture frame!

Getting worse
It has been great in the past, but the latest update has severe lag and connectivity issues. Almost every time I open the app, I need to close and reopen it in order for it to recognize my camera. Also, you still cannot connect to WiFi if the network doesn't use a password, like in many hotels. For this reason, Nanit has been useless on many trips away from home.
