### *---- "Unable to register"
To complete the registration, I need to click 'Agree,' but I am unable to scroll down to do so. While scrolling works on all other pages, it doesn’t work on the registration page. Despite contacting support, I have not received any updates.

### *---- "NOT ABLE TO PAY BILLS"
The App is asking to update to the latest version. However there is no update available…Now I am not able to pay the bills. This is creating lot of inconvenience…the app is supposed to be help the customer and be reliable considering it is an official app… however in this case it is totally unreliable
-- Ekalavya2304, 2024-08-26

### *---- "Where is updated app?"
Can’t make payment as app says there is an updated version of the app. But I can’t find any updates in the app store 🤷‍♂️
-- prakashar11, 2024-08-25

### *---- "Who is the Scientist/ Mechanic behind this App?"
Your job was to create an app which should work properly. But this app behaves strangely. Its asking me to update but there is no update. Its saying no account, when account details are added it says already exists. Only thing i use the app was to register complaint for power cut now thats also i wont be able to do.
-- Volston lewis, 2024-08-23

### *---- "Not usable"
You cannot register at all
Plz get it rectified
-- Amjad MISBAH, 2024-07-07

### *---- "Not working"
Please update the software. Most of the users unable to see all the buttons and unable to login
-- Gowda sachith, 2023-07-01

### *---- "Pathetic App"
Earlier version was at least usable. With this upgrade, I can’t even get into the app. I don’t see the registrar button at all as the button seems to be out of the visible screen area. There is no scroll to reach it as well. Please spend some to test it throughly
