## NannyLog Description
The NannyLog built for the way you actually work. Clock in, track the day, send the parents a clean daily report, and invoice your hours — all from one app designed for modern babysitters, nannies, child reminders, and au pairs.

NannyLog is the only app that combines a real-time childcare log with nanny-specific hours and pay tracking. Whether this is your summer job or your career, NannyLog keeps the shift organized and makes you look professional to every family.

WHY NANNIES CHOOSE NANNYLOG
• One tap to clock in and start logging
• AI writes the parent daily report for you
• Track hours across multiple families
• Send a professional invoice in under 60 seconds
• Log feedings, naps, diapers, activities with photos
• Document incidents with severity levels and parent sign-off
• Works for a single day of babysitting or a full-time nanny career

DAILY LOG & ACTIVITY TRACKING
Log meals, snacks, feedings, naps, diaper changes, activities, and milestones with one-tap timestamps. Attach photos as the day happens. Our AI drafts the end-of-day report so you don't have to write it from scratch.

HOURS & PAY TRACKER FOR NANNIES
Clock in and out in one tap. Track hours daily, weekly, monthly. Set your rate per family, manage overtime and breaks, and see what you've earned in real time. Parents can see the same tracked hours — no more awkward money conversations.

PROFESSIONAL INVOICES
Generate an invoice from tracked hours and send it to the parents on the spot. Export records for your own bookkeeping. Built for side-hustle babysitters and career nannies alike.

INCIDENT REPORTING THAT PROTECTS YOU
Document bumps, injuries, or behavioral concerns with severity levels, photo evidence, and parent acknowledgment. Full audit trail. Liability protection that looks professional, not defensive.

PARENT MESSAGING & UPDATES
Direct chat with read receipts. Share photos and notes as the day happens. Parents stay in the loop without you breaking flow.

MULTI-CHILD & MULTI-FAMILY
Handle siblings with individual profiles or switch between families if you work for more than one household. Each child's feeding schedule, allergies, and medications stay organized.

GPS CHECK-IN & SAFETY
Optional location check-in at arrival lets parents know you made it. Privacy controlled by you.

SUPPLY REQUESTS
Diapers, wipes, formula, snacks running low? Flag it in-app with urgency levels. Parents know what to grab.

PREMIUM FEATURES (7-DAY FREE TRIAL)
• Unlimited children and daily log entries
• Invoice generation and hours export
• Cloud sync across devices
• Multi-family support
• Advanced analytics and AI daily reports
• Medication tracking
• Priority support

BUILT FOR REAL NANNIES
College student babysitting on weekends, au pair on a year-long placement, career nanny with one family for a decade, child reminder running your own ratio — NannLog scales to fit. The only app designed from the caregiver's seat, not the daycare director's office.

7-DAY PREMIUM TRIAL
Full access to every feature for a week. No credit card required.

## NannyLog Reviews in United States

### *---- "Would be a great app if it worked"
I really want to like this app because it has everything I need all in one but it is glitching and not allowing me to track hours by clocking in. Also when I go to log activities that the child completed it exits me off of it. Please fix this because I would love to use the app.
