We’ve been using the monitor and the app for about five months and what started as mild connectivity issues (needing to reconnect once every 1-2 weeks) has now become a multiple time per day occurrence. This app hasn’t been updated in months so there’s really no hope of this getting any better. When you request to talk to customer support they say someone will get back to you in 24 hours but it’s been multiple attempts to reach out over a week with literally no response. I heard this product is discontinued so anyone who wasted their money and time on this monitor should look for refunds because it isn’t going to get any better

I waited a year and a half to make this review so I definitely have given it a run for its money! My husband actually recommended this baby monitor to me and I absolutely love it! We got it when my baby was a few weeks old and she is almost 2. It helped me alot during postpartum and gave me reassurance she was fine when I was in another room. It has decent sounds(could add some more) but overall very good!It can be tricky to get it going sometimes but I always had minimal issue and had success with their customer service and online support. My kid has put that baby monitor through the wringer and it’s still really good! Would definitely buy again!

I really wanted to like this product… but it never stays connected. I have tried everything, placed the router right next to camera, etc. it just doesn’t work…the camera quality is great when working, but that’s only about 10% of the time. The customer support is atrocious as well

The camera works perfect, however, the app is not iPad compatible. Very sad on this time and age. I use my iPad as monitor, but the app is very small, it should be using the iPad screen. Very bad design principle, need better/nee developers, and needs updates to be pushed more often.

I wanted to love this monitor because it has so many cool features like the ai breathing and the image quality. However, after a couple months, the camera just started to continuously freeze and say reconnecting. It makes it very difficult to monitor your baby when the image is glitching and not providing a live feed. Despite several attempts at troubleshooting with tech support, the issue does not permanently go away. I hope they can figure out how to improve this, since it could be a really great system.

The concept of the camera is great BUT the connectivity issues are endless. I spend more time watching a “connecting” screen then my actual baby. I had really high hopes for this but I’m unfortunately very disappointed and can’t do anything about it because it’s too late to return.

I really wanted to love everything that this camera and app promised, but besides the breathing monitor I don’t see what are the advantages of this against a 200$ or less camera. The connectivity is the worst. As I type, my baby has been asleep for four hours and the camera hasn’t worked for more than 10 minutes. It keeps saying “reconnecting”. My husband had to put a second camera in our room because this one is not reliable. And for the price, we shouldn’t have to have a second camera just because I cant trust this one. The app is fine, but the tracker doesn’t have a timer and I had to download another app bc it was really hard to track things here. Sometimes I’d update an entry and it wouldn’t let me save. The only thing that keeps me for not putting this in the storage, since I can’t return it anymore, is the breathing monitor- but again, WHEN it works. Because it fails more than it works.

### **--- "Pretty Disappointed"
We’ve been using this monitor every night for the past 2 months. I’d say it started out strong and has continued to fail to meet expectations bit by bit over time. The best part of the monitor had been the live view and that has completely fallen apart over this past week. The live view keeps freezing, then reconnecting over, and over, and over again. I really wanted to love this, especially as a first time mom who was drawn to the breath monitoring function. 

Hopefully Nanobébé will work out the kinks in the next year or so. In the meantime- get something that’s gonna be reliable.
