NAPA AUTO PARTS

This app is glitchy. It jumps around and flashes on and off causing the wrong thing to get hit all the time. It is almost completely unusable. I love NAPA but they need to fix this app

Always left me in the middle to order parts online or search for the parts…👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

I’ve never seen an app that’s so glitchy and crashes so much. Definitely not user friendly. NAPA has lost a lot of money from me due to the poor quality of their app.

Would be nice if the app was up to date (last updated 7 years ago) and if when you move the screen that the search function didn’t try to follow and it would be really helpful if the promo at the top didn’t randomly jump down to the middle of the screen.

App doesn’t support copy/paste so forget about securing your account with strong passwords. Also ads ghost randomly on the screen when trying to browse products. Lastly, no visible mechanism to give them this feedback.

Constantly crashes. Floating windows makes it impossible to search for what I need.

Hard to believe Napa doesn’t have a better app. I have a pretty new iPhone, and it makes me login every single time I use the app. Also, sometimes it just shuts down and restarts the app in the middle of searching for a part. Whenever there’s a promo code available, it just keeps popping up in the middle of the screen getting in the way of when I’m trying to look at lol.

Working with this app and the website is terrible. Makes me use other parts stores. Get it together Napa.

I have tried to order parts on this application, but I can’t complete the order because it forces me out or when checking out, it does not allow me to continue the purchase.

I used to love NAPA, but the app has made me despise shopping with them. NAPA is unfortunately the only auto store in my area so I am forced to use this app. It is buggy to the point where you can not use it. It takes me upwards of 15 minutes to order 1 simple thing.
