## Naperville Public Library Reviews in United States

### *---- "Huge downgrade"
The old app worked fine and was trivial to use. This replacement is a horrible maze that makes even trivial tasks much harder.
-- Mxccv, 2024-06-08

### *---- "This is an awful updated app."
Please go back to the original. It keeps logging me out and when I go to log back in, it keeps saying server error on Naperville library side so now I have deleted the app will try to reinstall it and see what happens.
This app is not near as user-friendly and intuitive. Sadly, not an improvement.
-- wiffany, 2024-06-03

### **--- "Not an improvement"
The new app freezes and keeps signing me out. Then I have to scan my physical card to sign back in. I miss the old app. It aleays worked.
-- Tech_writer, 2024-06-02

### ***** "New Update is MUCH BETTER!!"
Loving the new app update. Easy to use and I love that I don’t have to renew my stuff individually now. Nice job Naperville Public.
-- Fui FYI fun, 2024-05-07

### ***** "Nice to have"
Hope the new update works. The old one was poor UI, but did work.
-- SlickRickDude, 2024-03-02

### *---- "A good App changed to bad"
So sad that a perfectly good app and website has been “upgraded” to an app where you can no longer do self check out and the Coming Soon and New at the Library sections have been removed from the app and website.
-- Meeta2, 2023-02-04

### *---- "Self check scanner still broken"
Several updates have occurred on the app, but my ability to checkout apps via the self check camera barcode scanner still isn’t working.
Please fix this!
-- Trumani, 2023-01-12

### **--- "Trouble navigating to new items"
This app took a step backwards. I used to be able to see all of the new stuff coming to the library in the app but now it re-directs me to the website where I can’t find what I’m looking for. Very disappointed.
-- Anonymous12410, 2022-08-28

### ***-- "App needs improvement"
I’ve had to delete and reinstall the application for it to work properly.
It would not allow me to hold books. The staff couldn’t figure it out either. On a whim, I tried the above and it worked.
Also, the dollar fine it shows can’t be processed here although the option is listed.
-- Chgoburbs, 2021-03-14

### ***-- "After self checkout list doesn’t show"
After scanning in the self checkout the list text doesn’t appear.
