In the same manner, we make the dough from scratch, add our own handmade ingredients, and bake the pizza for you on the hot hearth of our special Naples-style oven. The result is an amazing pizza in the style of Naples that has the signature airy crust with a charred exterior and chewy interior. Our menu includes traditional and seasonal flavors like Margherita and Rocket Ham, with each bite containing the perfect ratio of toppings. Every pizza is completely customizable and gluten-free crusts are available. The new version of the app (2024) works like a charm and my pizza is always amazing. Authentic Naples pizza in Ohio!! -- Franz H. G., 2024-08-21 ### ****- "Service appears to have improved." It appears the store has approved and services over the years since the app as launched. Upon placing my first order, I drove over to the store and it was ready for pick up within the timeframe that I was told it would be ready. As for the pizza, the taste was delicious. One criticism I have is that they don’t offer an option where you can create your own pizza. Another is that they don’t offer pineapple as an additional ingredient, which I like. If I were to use this app again in the future, I would like to see those options available. -- With a capital M, 2023-11-15 ### *---- "App totally broken" As a mobile developer I’m really disappointed in the fact that they can’t get an app this simple to work. Will not even except my order so I am deleting it from my phone. -- BrittaKing, 2021-02-24 ### *---- "Non functional" App is completely non functional. Can’t sign in. Can’t see menu. Can’t order pizza. Total garbage. -- Matt Hos, 2020-01-25 ### *---- "Disappointed" I know this is a Pizza App, so my one star rating isn’t fair. I expected a DLM app to show me the week’s club deals and offer other cooked orders. Please DLM, download the excellent Whole Foods App, and make that your model. I would like to order a cooked ribeye and have it ready when I arrive, rather than stand around for 30 minutes. That’s service. Not well known, but Whole Foods also cooks everything they sell, without charge. -- Sliderule43, 2020-01-22 ### *---- "Don’t waste your time" I have only used this app a few times, and I have now stopped using it (at the recommendation of the pizza makers at DLM), because there is a built-in “pizza ready time” of 30 minutes from the time an order is placed that cannot be overridden. So, when ordering a pizza through the app, the pizza makers have not once yet started to make my pizza before I have arrived to pick it up. -- Stanrez, 2020-01-11 [View all Naples reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## Apps Similar to Naples - [FoodALot](https://apptail.io/app/foodalot-RBPe/united-states) - [TJ Chumps App](https://apptail.io/app/tj-chumps-app-XLTe/united-states) - [Cassanos Pizza](https://apptail.io/app/cassanos-pizza-SSTe/united-states) - [Wat da Pho](https://apptail.io/app/wat-da-pho-SFbf/united-states) - [Winans](https://apptail.io/app/winans-AEcn/united-states) - [El Rancho Grande Restaurants](https://apptail.io/app/el-rancho-grande-restaurants-eBmo/united-states) - [Cincinnati Fish Fry](https://apptail.io/app/cincinnati-fish-fry-Kukp/united-states) - [Old Scratch Pizza](https://apptail.io/app/old-scratch-pizza-RQJp/united-states) - [All The Best Deli](https://apptail.io/app/all-the-best-deli-XeLq/united-states) - [Indianapolis Fruit](https://apptail.io/app/indianapolis-fruit-uZOq/united-states) --- ## About AppTail [AppTail](https://apptail.io) is a mobile app intelligence platform providing app analytics, ASO (App Store Optimization) tools, keyword tracking, competitor analysis, revenue estimates, and review monitoring for iOS App Store apps.
