## Narchie Description
Narchie is the homeware marketplace app, where a new generation of decor enthusiasts can buy, sell and connect. The app provides both a consumer solution and platform for businesses, appealing to indie sellers and side hustlers, through to those selling fine antique pieces or flea market hauls.

How does it work?

• Users will be able to create a fully shoppable profile that suits their individual aesthetic; listing items on a moodboard-style scrollable feed.

• The explore page will show items and posts based on what each user likes, whilst highlighting posts from those with high engagement, and profiles similar to accounts they follow.

• Users can search for specific items, sellers, styles and more, all in one place.

• To sell, simply upload and list your items.

We can’t wait for you to try us out!

## Narchie Reviews in United Kingdom

### **--- "As a seller this site is very poor"
I’ve been with Narchie for about a year. The sales I’ve made have been incredibly slow, like 1 a month despite being very active and listing many different items.

With Narchie now charging 15% plus VAT on each order combined with the terribly confusing Stripe interface and lack of easily understandable Narchie metrics it feels like it’s time to let it go and put more effort into other platforms.

### ****- "So many treasures"
I love this app, and all the amazing second hand and vintage products you can find. It is super easy to use, the only bit of feedback from me is that I’d like to be able to place a single order when buying from the same seller, otherwise you are paying double delivery and seller fees, which doesn’t make a lot of sense.

### *---- "Awful service"
The app is a nice idea, but it’s awful if something isn’t going right. So far my experience is purchasing an item that wasn’t listed as out of stock, and waiting weeks for for it to arrive. After contacting the seller, I received a reply about the item being out of stock and no follow up as to getting a refund or a replacement item. The support staff also do not reply.

### ***** "Great selection"
A great site with clearly a great set of curators. Will be back again soon.

### ****- "great idea but clunky app"
Great idea but the app needs work, super slow and glitchy

### ***** "Amazing app - I’ve bought so many great things!"
Love this app for discovering beautiful items at a great price. I made a few offers recently and was very pleased they were all accepted quickly.

### ***** "Amazing collection of HomeWare"
Super app with lots of amazing sellers !

### ***** "@collatecurate"
Excellent App for buying & selling vintage home decor, at last the Depop for preloved interiors.
Much easier to use than other platforms, it takes just moments to list a item for sale - a perfect place to start your vintage business .
I love Narchie as both a seller & customer - super proud to be part of this great resale community .

### ***** "Brilliant recommend for sellers & buyers"
I use this as a seller and it is great.
A really easy to use platform and the developers are great and quick to update or react to any problems or add new features.

Looking forward to seeing how it develops more with the new website also coming soon.
