Резко на всех телефонах перестало работать приложение

конечно все круто супер, но почему я должен платить за родничку и что бы смотреть архивы видео когда у всех других домофонах без подписак
у меня
часто тупит при открывание стоит загрузочный заставка и не открывает приложение

Проблема с приложением!!
После активации и при проверке работало , однако почему то после того как вышла из приложения и снова зашла вылезла ошибка «Доступ к услугам приостановлен». Для возобновления доступа обратилась в cyfral-aktobe.kz, но мне так и не ответили.
Не работает
После обновления не загружает видео с камер
