## NASBA CPA Mobile Reviews in United States

### ***-- "Needs a little bit of work"
The app is a great and convenient way to check my progress and see my scores.

Unfortunately, it doesn’t seem like I can complete an application for an NTS. I can start an application, but whenever I try filling out the section for Accommodations, the screen goes white right after I answer the third question. I was really hoping that this glitch would’ve been fixed by now, but it’s still there.
-- the blind analyst, 2026-08-09

### *---- "App Issues - Login"
This app sucks. Every time I try to log in it fails. Autofill does not work. I am extremely disappointed.
-- A B.C., 2026-08-07

### ***** "Not working"
Update: Works again!
I think ever since I upgraded to iOS 26.3.1, the app stopped working. Every time I open it, it just stays on the green loading screen even after recognizing my face. It’ll then show the login button which I then click and show my face but it still doesn’t change anything.
-- Braveheartx1, 2026-03-11

### ***** "No longer works"
*updating review*
The app is back to working now.

This app was working great, but now it just doesn’t open. I’ve redownloaded it multiple times, checked for updates, but keep getting an error when I open the app saying I need to download it from the Apple Store and be unmodified…
-- Ftjcfsxko, 2026-01-22

### *---- "Can’t login"
App still can’t get past login page, stuck in a Face ID loop
-- DukeDarko, 2026-01-14

### *---- "Never opened"
The App is not working, no matter how I update, open and close. It just kept loading.
-- Cindy.ccc, 2026-01-12

### *---- "Won’t load tells me I need to update but doesn’t let me update"
Every time I tried to open the app it says I need to update it to make it work but it won’t let me when I come to App Store it just says open!!!!
-- jxusuhd, 2026-01-08

### *---- "App doesn’t work"
App still doesn’t go past log in page after update. Not sure how else to give feedback
-- Jfjehwbhww, 2025-12-28

### *---- "App Doesn’t Work"
The stopped working
-- Londie24, 2025-12-16

### *---- "Login"
Can’t log in to app after last update. Starts Face ID but nothing happens.
-- RAS2186, 2025-12-16

### ***** "Love the notifications!"
Love the features of this app it’s so easy to use. It notifies me every step of the way and I really like that I can download my notice to schedule into my Apple wallet.
-- LizzieLou1023, 2025-10-23

### ***** "Very Useful"
I am really glad they made this app. As others have stated. Everything you need for the CPA exam is in one app.
-- chrisss614, 2025-09-14

### ***** "Makes the CPA more navigable!"
This new layout makes the CPA portal more navigable!
-- Accrved, 2025-09-10

### ***** "Great App"
The team over at NASBA did a great job with this. I was able to see all of my progress, payments, scores and more in the app. Shouldn’t have to log in online to see any of these any more. Also can download your NTS right to your Apple wallet!
