It’s not acceptable that an app like this would require such a weak password. 
Please assess the password requirements, since iPhone generated passwords, which are very secure, are not even accepted when creating a user because of the character limits.
It’s a known fact that a longer password is safer. Setting the password character limit to only 10 characters is just making this app a major security risk, especially that it contains extremely sensitive private and financial information.

I physically went and created an account, tried to login using UAE PASS …. Didn’t work. 
I tried linking account, it sent me a one time password, for a field that doesn’t exist … this is the worst app ever, the look, the feel, the UI everything is bad.

Extremely Buggy app and website. The first step - logging in itself has enormous issues. Throws unknown errors and exceptions. Even if by miracle or fuzzy logic, logging in works, when I setup auto payment, app just freezes and closes out. I am not sure how to entrust my credentials and money to the company that does not take the app or website seriously. If basic features don’t work, I am quite concerned about security.
