## National Grid Description
The National Grid mobile app makes it easier to securely manage your account from anywhere. 

Set up biometrics so you can access your account quickly and securely. With biometrics, you can sign in without having to enter your username and password again. 

Once you’re signed in, you can easily:

•   View essential account and billing information
•   Enroll in paperless billing
•   View and download a PDF of your current bill
•   Schedule a payment in-app or via Speedpay
•   Find nearby payment locations
•   Report a power outage or gas emergency
•   View the outage map

•   Explore your usage

Now you can schedule a payment with your bank account, without having to leave the app. Use a new or saved bank account to pay your current bill, account balance or any other amount, just like you would on our website.

We’ve also made it easier to report power outages and gas emergencies — with our mobile app, you’ve got access to emergency support right at your fingertips.

Just downloaded the app to make handling the account easier. No such luck. Stuck in an endless cycle of offering to set up Face ID, the process failing, and then being requested to sign in again.

I only can see my electric bill there no why to check the gas bill. The old app you could see both.

Billing statements don’t match the payment due, bill pay is nowhere to be found. Your customer service is nearly nonexistent. National Grid created a second account in my name without my permission after they didn’t process my account correctly after a year of calls. Your website shows error screens when attempting to pay.

Why no access to the smart meter?  You installed it with lots of hype and it’s a klunky interface.  If all I want is to read the meter, I have to wait sometimes 10 seconds just to get to this screen with the latest KWH reading. The old meter had that displayed continuously. So am I eventually going to be able to actually read my meter from either of the Sense app ( which doesn’t work, by the way) or through this app?

I have two separate accounts under my name. This app and the website makes it impossible to pay both accounts at the time. Logging, I see both accounts. Pay one. Well, good luck paying the other.

This way is way easier than before you swipe and the screen turns green and you know the bill is paid.  The last process was a process. And once I thought I completed it and it didn’t get paid   I’m really happy with this .
