The App needs a lot of work from a UI perspective and functionality across your systems, I'm not recognised as a member and it wants me to sign up again? It doesn't reassure me that anything is syncing or my scripts are being received or my membership discount is going to apply? If I was to sum up my experience in one word it would be frustrating. There’s nothing intuitive about it. Every order placed through it results in downstream issues upon collection of prescriptions. Simple things like clicking to ‘call’ the pharmacy is not even active, rather the button is static text (ie: you need to copy the number and go paste it in your phone app to make the call - seriously how simple a feature is this to implement). Try find an order after you’ve placed it. All the best with that. Mine disappear. The app says I have 1 repeat left for a prescription, the pharmacy disputes this and says I have none. All in all this app looks like it’s 10 years old and delivers little if any value. -- 4810m, 2026-01-14 ### ****- "Worked for me" Created account easily using Apple option. Received a code via sms. Had no issues selecting pharmacy and adding membership number. The membership card button on top right of home page is very small but works to bring up card and barcode. Settings/security/biometric unlock is a problem. The button works but it says remember me must be switched on however there is no such option that I can see. This app is confusing, frustrating, and difficult to use overall. When it comes to health related products, it is even more important that proper user experience design is invested in. I fear that many national pharmacies customers will miss out on this additional benefit of online ordering because the app is so so poor. -- Aussie111333, 2025-10-11 ### *---- "Absolutely hopeless" After not being able to access the app when my phone lost its facial recognition I was happy when it was updated so I was able to use a passcode. That hasn’t lasted very long however, I now can’t access the app at all apart from the front page with National Pharmacies on it. I have tried deleting the app and reinstalling, turning phone on and off, all to no avail. I was still able to access it on my iPad until today when a note came on the screen that I was not connected to the internet (I was) and when I tapped to clear the notice the home page disappeared and was left with National Pharmacies front page which eventually went blank!! No luck with deleting app etc.. This is very frustrating as I am now unable to order my medications online.
