I honestly couldn’t do without my finance helper. u
Yes maybe I’m not so smart but x2 stroke gives me the financial wobbles and nationwide app let’s me get a grip, I honestly lose track …forget direct debits yes I can set calendars I already do that but it doesn’t work for me along with umpteen reminders but NATIONWIDE AP is at the root of my ins and outs it’s a solid background for someone like me very much alone and LOST without my very well thought out banking app …..truly brill and I’m truly grateful there is a friendly banking app…..ps I just had to paste this note “from the TITLE BAR”. That’s how serious it is for me “ but I manage thanks to your way” of doing things ERIC !

Establishing secure connection… soooo slooooow
Unhappy
Hate the fact I have to use a Card Reader. Never had to do this with my precious bank (RBS) and find this a massive convenience. I want to transfer to another bank/building society asap because of this!
Changed app won’t load
New app won’t load so I cannot access my account. This happens every time there is an update and is extremely annoying
Limited mobility
I still have to visit a branch to pay in Cheques, when will this be added to the app?
Good
Good app, a bit basic layout but that’s what you get with all banking apps. Helpful team and great with loans and credit cards. It would be helpful if you could send a notification to my phone everytime money is deducted from my current account as it would be nice to not have to check it frequently. Most banking apps do this and it would be helpful if Nationwide would add this feature.
