Native milk comes from happy-grazing and lovingly cared for pure breeds of desi cows. Enriched with the natural goodness of protein-rich A2 milk of indigenous cows. Native Milk is a premium A2 milk brand engaged in promoting 100% A2 milk derived from Indian native breeds of cows. The after sales service is very poor. A number of follow-ups are required to get a simple request / query resolved . People don’t answer when called. Earlier on the app one could see how many units are pending , for some crazy reason they have removed it and now it’s only a pie chart with no numbers. This information is useless. Their curd, panner and milk is good quality, the only reason why I’m still taking their services

I had rated them only one star last year as I wasn’t satisfied with their delivery and customer service. However they have made significant changes and have improved their services tremendously. I waited a whole year to provide my second review. The quality of milk is good as usual, delivery is spot on. They communicate properly in case of any delay and they have made significant improvements in their app. Hopefully it will continue to be a happy experience this year too.

The practical force you to take subscription and then will mark it as delivered without delivering it, and if you complain, they won’t do anything about it. Really really bad experience, I will never recommend this to anyone.

The milk is good but delivery and customer service is pathetic. I thought let me give it a try so I did end up taking a subscription of ₹1200 but they have serious delivery and follow up issues. Don’t pay them, they’ll give you regular deliver for the first two three times and then the problem persists. Go for another brand instead.
