We exist to fix the food system. Seek out flavour and you will find radical seasonality, real transparency and dietary (and ecosystem) diversity. NATOORA For almost two decades we have replaced a broken, opaque food system with a transparent supply chain, building a community of small-scale growers and independent producers who put flavour first. By connecting them with chefs in the most influential restaurants across London, Paris, New York, Miami, Copenhagen, Malmö and Melbourne, we have shifted food habits across the globe. Today, we bring the same produce to you at home. APP FEATURES The same app we developed for busy chefs, learn more about our growers, track produce as it moves through its season, and order at a tap. Go deeper with product features and go #offthepass with recipes from our community of chefs. Never eat out of season. Use the seasonal planner and know what fruit and vegetables to eat and when. Find everything you need. Use the search bar or browse by category — dry goods, cheeses, Natoora Prepped and more. Plus, see our offers. Add favourites to your basket to come back to week after week. Food is amazing but the app is almost unusable. Please Natoora invest in the tech! -- Lise11111, 2024-02-29 ### ***-- "Natoora - Good. App - Bad." Have been getting deliveries of Natoora produce for almost three years and they never disappoint on the food front. However, the app itself has much to be desired. It’s gone through several iterations and since the most recent update, I am unable to add things to my basket or they disappear as soon as I add them, rendering the app totally unusable. It’s a shame, as I really do think what Natoora is doing is brilliant, but the poor user experience on the App is a real barrier. -- KasNas92, 2023-10-31 ### *---- "App lets the product down." App is terrible. Such a pity for the product. Delivery times and slots to generic and outdated for modern delivery service which should be by the hour and not days in advance. -- Tina Taz, 2023-01-10 ### *---- "App doesn’t work" I have previously placed orders with Natoora but no more. The app simply doesn’t work. Anything I try to click on to order is not added to the basket, everything remains greyed-out. Also no record maintained of prior orders. Generally a rubbish app, which is a shame as the product (in store) is excellent - providing you are not that bothered by food miles. Have deleted the app now. -- chasmlondon, 2023-01-08 ### *---- "App issues" The app crashes on opening for me, has been this way for a while now. Prior to this when it was working there were issues adding products to the basket where they were deleted automatically. We have used the app sometime ago and ordering worked and the products were great. -- hrhwhahfb, 2022-06-12 ### *---- "App doesn’t work" I was using natoora for wholesale and love their veg and that service. I’ve switched to use this app and it crashes every time I try to use it. I’ve emailed repeatedly and have different people asking me the same questions over but nothing has been resolved. Now they’re not even responding. After years of working with them (but regardless of that) hoped I’d receive a better service. -- kazhj, 2022-05-06 ### *---- "Unusable" Love the produce but can’t actually order anything since the app no longer works. Launch the app, get asked to select a delivery slot. Except the ‘available’ slots are all in the past. Select one anyway, get a warning saying that my default payment method needs to be updated. Fine. Press ok, app proceeds to freeze. 🤌🤌🤌 -- Sophie Grey, 2022-03-31 ### *---- "Great produce, horrible app" Websites are often so much better than apps. This one is so badly designed and difficult to use, never mind understand. I have given up attempting to shop on it. -- MissRod, 2022-02-20 ### *---- "Doesn’t work" This app really is not fit for purpose. No order history no payment details no email confirmation. Placed a Christmas order through the app. No idea of when or whether I am going to receive it. The app wont even open all I get is a black image with 3 white dots on it. Veg arrived even though I hadn’t heard anything from Natoora until just before. Veg and fruit looks great -- Raine Midgley, 2021-12-24 ### *---- "Stopped working" Haven’t been able to use the app for a few weeks, even with 2 updates. Also no response or help from Natoora about why it’s not working -- Ems211, 2021-11-02 [View all Natoora reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## Apps Similar to Natoora - [Riverford](https://apptail.io/app/riverford-gpn/united-kingdom) - [Brick Lane Beigel Bake](https://apptail.io/app/brick-lane-beigel-bake-Nns/united-kingdom) - [DELLI - food & drink market](https://apptail.io/app/delli-food-drink-market-wMy/united-kingdom) - [SUPPER London](https://apptail.io/app/supper-london-cjM/united-kingdom) - [CODE app](https://apptail.io/app/code-app-akT/united-kingdom) - [REKKI: Wholesale Ingredients](https://apptail.io/app/rekki-wholesale-ingredients-bkT/united-kingdom) - [Gross Profit Calculator](https://apptail.io/app/gross-profit-calculator-ekT/united-kingdom) - [Bello Wild Food](https://apptail.io/app/bello-wild-food-PHzb/united-kingdom) - [Jacapo](https://apptail.io/app/jacapo-SHzb/united-kingdom) - [BAOverse](https://apptail.io/app/baoverse-jpTc/united-kingdom) ## Natoora Available In - [United Kingdom](https://apptail.io/app/natoora-UpP/united-kingdom) - [Italy](https://apptail.io/app/natoora-UpP/italy) - [Bulgaria](https://apptail.io/app/natoora-UpP/bulgaria) - [Belarus](https://apptail.io/app/natoora-UpP/belarus) - [Switzerland](https://apptail.io/app/natoora-UpP/switzerland) - [Czechia](https://apptail.io/app/natoora-UpP/czechia) - [Germany](https://apptail.io/app/natoora-UpP/germany) - [Denmark](https://apptail.io/app/natoora-UpP/denmark) - [Spain](https://apptail.io/app/natoora-UpP/spain) - [Finland](https://apptail.io/app/natoora-UpP/finland) - [France](https://apptail.io/app/natoora-UpP/france) - [Greece](https://apptail.io/app/natoora-UpP/greece) - [Hungary](https://apptail.io/app/natoora-UpP/hungary) - [Ireland](https://apptail.io/app/natoora-UpP/ireland) - [Netherlands](https://apptail.io/app/natoora-UpP/netherlands) - [Norway](https://apptail.io/app/natoora-UpP/norway) - [Poland](https://apptail.io/app/natoora-UpP/poland) - [Portugal](https://apptail.io/app/natoora-UpP/portugal) - [Romania](https://apptail.io/app/natoora-UpP/romania) - [Russia](https://apptail.io/app/natoora-UpP/russia) - [Sweden](https://apptail.io/app/natoora-UpP/sweden) - [Slovenia](https://apptail.io/app/natoora-UpP/slovenia) - [Slovakia](https://apptail.io/app/natoora-UpP/slovakia) - [Türkiye](https://apptail.io/app/natoora-UpP/turkey) - [Austria](https://apptail.io/app/natoora-UpP/austria) - [Ukraine](https://apptail.io/app/natoora-UpP/ukraine) - [Belgium](https://apptail.io/app/natoora-UpP/belgium) --- ## About AppTail [AppTail](https://apptail.io) is a mobile app intelligence platform providing app analytics, ASO (App Store Optimization) tools, keyword tracking, competitor analysis, revenue estimates, and review monitoring for iOS App Store apps.
