This App is wonderful when it functions. However, customers support sucks!!!!!
Recently, I was prompted the following message by the App on my iPhone and iPad: Something went wrong... Please wait a few moments, refresh, and try again. If the problem persists, use the "Reset Reader" button in the user menu.
However, to this day, I have not received any useful support whereas I pay 113€ yearly subscription. I can see from my research on the internet that other customers are suffering the same issue but there has been no effective solution proposed by NaturalSoft. So it sucks and I would not recommend it.
