## NatWest ClearSpend Reviews in United Kingdom

### *---- "Worst app in history"
As the title says… useless, oblique, unnecessarily vague (especially for a banking app!), crashes and locks you out constantly - really unbelievably terrible!!
-- Mileseton, 2024-12-13

### *---- "Not even worth one star"
The most useless app I have had the misfortune to use… who knew the update could make it worse?
-- F50ltd, 2024-12-10

### *---- "Utterly pointless!"
Completely and utterly useless. Why can't BusinessCards be added to the NatWest Banking app? This was once possible many years ago. Cannot download PDF copies of statements, which is the only functionality that would actually be useful. Forced to scan paper statements.
-- TennisWatcher, 2024-08-11

### *---- "Useless dud"
Badly designed for small screens - keyboard covers the field into which you are typing. Can’t even log in. Functionally useless.
-- Beadie Eyed Monster, 2024-07-13

### *---- "Worst.app.ever"
Never found an app as bad as this one, complete let down from NatWest, just give us a simple, intuitive view in the main banking app to view our credit card spend statement style… sack the app developers, buy in a third party app developers from any of the major credit cards and it will be a vast improvement to the useless piece of memory stealing junki currently have…
-- hsbcarecrap, 2024-05-22

### *---- "Can’t login - as I don’t receive one time passcode"
There seems to be an issue with the one time passcode function on iPhones which means I’m unable to login and do my job properly. It was working ok but has suddenly stopped for no reason. I put my SIM card in a different brand of phone and it works fine. This leads me to believe that the SIM card is ok and that the issue is iPhone/app related. Unfortunately I’ve had to return the other make of phone so I’m stuck without access. I’ve reinstalled the app and tried every fix suggested by customer service but still doesn’t work. Nobody seems able to help!
-- Neilog, 2023-12-18

### *---- "Terrible app"
I am trying to login and it’s useless .. keeps saying an error has occurred with no info ..please sort this out ..
-- Binnos02, 2023-11-29

### *---- "Useless"
If I could give it no stars I would! You can’t even view your over balance or make changes to how much you want to pay. Absolute waste of time
-- KelMB78, 2023-09-30

### *---- "Can’t verify details"
Copying and pasting details from NatWest letter yet the registration doesn’t work. Now I must waste my time finding support.
-- JonboySiddall, 2023-09-04

### *---- "Useless"
It doesn’t work for online purchases.
We are a business and perhaps one in ten transactions are authenticated .
We are unable to place orders.
Please can you sort out the glitches in your app as it’s causing problems .
