Despite contacting the support centre several times and reloading the app there is still no way I can purchase Cinema ecodes through the app. Get as far as choosing cinema location then there is no way to proceed. No continue button or box to enter the quantity. Works fine if I log in through the Natwest banking app. The rating for this app says it all!!!

What is the point of having rewards if the app that grants you access to such rewards doesn’t work 90% of the time?

At the airport. Been trying to log in to access travel benefits for the last hour. It just doesn’t work

Absolutely useless. Doesn't show correct phones insured. Can't update them. Pathetic from such a large bank, developers should be fired

Every time we try and buy Odeon tickets the system freezes. Awfully stressful. Not worth wasting your time using this.

Poor layout. When you submit booking ref for cashback there is no acknowledgment or way of following up. Impossible to contact via app. For a so called premium service which does not come cheap it is not fit for purpose

Tried to use the app to book theatre tickets on, and it’s terrible! You can’t choose your seats for starters, and every time I go through to purchase it won’t let me pay. No idea why, doesn’t say. The user interface isn’t great, needs a whole complete new design, feels very old and clunky.

Tried so many times to get it to work I’ve given up.

Does not work on iPhone 13 mini…the developers have added so much large font on some screens without the option to scroll the screen. For example when trying to book odeon cinema tickets, the continue button cannot be displayed and therefore you can’t order any…really useful..

I use this mainly for the cinema bit. Ive msg them multiple times that Odeon doesn't work but is still on app (has not worked in a really long time so assume its just for show and they dont deal with odeon anymore) and under Reel cinema Farnham is not listed. They always say its being looked at but never happens. The app really needs work in other areas. Website is marginally better. The sections i use make me wonder just how accurate other areas are as the booking parts arent
