## Navien Smart Plus Reviews in United Kingdom

### ****- "So disappointing 😞"
New boiler, lots of promises and hype about the phone app. Has got better but loses info - history and glitches so all of a sudden it goes into holiday mode.
-- Seamartin147, 2026-01-05

### *---- "Holiday doesn’t work"
Each time we set our house to holiday it broke and we could not turn it back on through the app
-- FotiniH, 2025-12-21

### ***** "Recent updates have improved stability 11/25"
I have been using this app for over a year now and am familiar with it. Recent updates have improved stability and it is a pleasure to use. Well done Navien developer team👏😀!
-- DGB100000, 2025-11-25

### **--- "Smart App"
As others have said the Smart app is very temperamental and typically requires the app to be fully closed and restarted. If buying again I would consider trying to find another form of smart controller as the Navien version is very poor
-- Dangerbunny987, 2025-11-24

### *---- "Leave well alone"
The worst system ever. App is awful, boiler inefficient and unreliable. Out of action more times than it’s working. Would love to replace the whole thing
-- EP Unhappy, 2025-11-17

### *---- "MRS JO"
Very temperamental boiler and the APP is very annoying and unreliable. Very disappointed and would change to another boiler in a heartbeat.
-- JoJolistens, 2025-10-18

### ***-- "Feedback"
So love my Navien but my one grip is the timer on the app. It’s awful, your old one was must better. Can we please have it back 🤞🤞🤞
-- Bbsbe d, 2025-09-29

### ***-- "Could be really good"
If the system has a fault the only way you know is when you notice the heating has not come on or if you happen to notice the error code on the thermostat! If Navien used the App to show error codes then you would know instantly because your device would be able to inform you, if set, immediately…
-- ThePhantomMenace, 2025-09-23

### *---- "Not the best"
Needs to be improved have to keep logging out and back in to get working, I had a hive system before this one and the hive worked perfect, so a huge disappointment, I was expecting better being the same brand as the boiler
-- Wfarmer1234, 2025-09-12

### *---- "Unreliable"
Slow and often does not work.
-- Smurf69!, 2025-09-09
