this app is trash. It's always got problems. Now i cannot even access my account. It keeps telling me I need to verify my account by receiving a text or a call from Navigant. The text option is greyed out. The phone option takes you to a broken phone verifiication system. Navigant is hot garbage and so is their security.

GO BACK TO THE OLD VERSION THAT WAS EASIER TO UNDERSTAND AND FLAWLESS.

Since the last update I noticed how the app has prioritized showing transactions detail notifications but when you click on the notification and the app loads into the transaction the app just crashes… what a useless feature if it isn’t going to function correctly and I’m not even on that old of a device I have a iPhone 15 pro max. Great bank but fix the app please

This app will frequently not show me by bank account balances due to it not loading. I am connected to WiFi with everything else on my phone being functional so that’s not the problem. This problem makes me think about closing my bank account here due to the issue of me not even being able to see my account balance.
